1. In which particular spots 1 places in a mall, Do you usually go to why?

The particular spots that I usually go is on the third floor, specifically at children's
wear area, because I love to choose some baby stuff for my kid like I love to buy
him some piece of shirts, shorts and anything that I could find in that area.

2. How do you asses customer traffic in malls? How do customers behave

during weekends? What about the malls employee?

During the weekend the mall will have so many customers and the employee of
that mall busy. So in those cases, the one thing that I would do to asses that
customer is just relaxed. Especially when in going to pay in the cashier area, I
will just wait for my turn and then pay those clothes that I will be going buy.

3. Observe a particular employee (Cashier, Salesperson, Boutique manager,

Security Guard, etc). And write your observations below in relation to the
concepts you have learned in evolution of management theory.

Since I already visited some malls the one thing that I only observe to them is,
even they have a lot of customers who come and go they still managed, how to
handle everything just to maintain. There proper ways to assist the customers
just to make them have a peaceful, relationship to those buyers who visited their
mall, just to be able not to have a communication breakdown, bad relationship
towards their customer and lastly to make their mall more progressive and well
known.
