SUB: Authority Letter for employees of LPG Distributorship

Dear Sir/Madam,

We, Swarup Ranjan Sahu and Namita Sahu, are the proprietor/partners of/authorized signatory of Co-
operative Society/ Registered Company M/s. Jagateswar HP Gas Gramin Vitrak (hereinafter referred to as
'LPG Distributor’) of Hindustan Petroleum Corporation Ltd. at Indrakhi, Ganjam District under a LPG
Distributorship Agreement Dated 03.01.2015 executed between Hindustan Petroleum Corporation Ltd.,
and us.

1) That We have executed the LPG Distributorship agreement dated 03.01.2015 with Hindustan
Petroleum Corporation Ltd for running the LPG Distributorship at Indrakhi, Ganjam District and
as per the terms of the above LPG Distributorship agreement I/We am/are required to actively
participate in the management and operation of the LPG Distributorship and to personally run the
LPG Distributorship.

2) That We are aware that transfer of any right or interest in the above LPG Distributorship directly
or indirectly to any persons without prior written consent of your Corporation amounts to a
violation of the LPG Distributorship terms and in that event your Corporation be well within its
rights to forthwith terminate our LPG Distributorship.

3) That as per the requirement of the above LPG Distributorship agreement, We shall remain
personally liable to be present for operation of the LPG Distributorship and in case, We are unable
to witness any inspection procedure at our LPG Distributor due to any reason beyond our control,
then we hereby give consent and authorize the below named employees of our LPG
Distributorship to witness such inspection procedure and sign on such inspection reports on our
behalf:-

i. Shri / Smt. Punam Reddy (Signature)

ii. Shri / Ms. Mami Behera (Signature)

4) That the above mentioned persons are employees at our LPG Distributor and assisting us for
carrying out the day to day business of LPG Distributor in that capacity only and shall have no
further right or interest whatsoever in the operation of the LPG Distributorship.

5) That in case I myself /any of our partners are not present at the LPG Distributor at any given time
to witness/sign inspection procedure, then any of the above mentioned employees of the LPG
Distributorship present at that time shall be considered as authorized person to witness and sign
such inspection reports and such witnessing and signing of the reports shall be legally binding on
us for all acts or omissions
6) Notwithstanding anything contained hereinabove, in case We or any of the above mentioned
representatives are not present during inspection, the Inspecting Official will have right to take
signature of any other employee present at the time of inspection and such employee shall be
deemed to be authorized for this purpose and for signing of the reports by them shall be legally
binding on us for all acts or omissions.

7) That We further undertake and state that as per the requirement under the LPG Distributorship
Agreement we shall be entirely responsible for the action of above mentioned employees, until
unless the authority hereby given to them is rescinded and communication to that effect is
received by the Corporation in writing.
