Benefits of Private Education

The document discusses the argument that private education should not be banned. It provides three reasons for disagreeing with banning private education: 1) Private schools have more resources and facilities that help students learn and reach their full potential. 2) Private education opens better job opportunities for students since they receive a higher quality education. 3) Private schools have a better ratio of teachers to students, allowing teachers to focus more on each student.

Some people feel that the responsibility for providing education should be borne only by the

government and that private education should be banned. Do you agree or disagree?

It is commonly said that the government should be the only responsible for giving education to the
people and that private schools should be abolished. I entirely disagree that private education should be
banned due to various reasons.

Generally, private schools have more ability to give better education to the students. It is because most
private universities are rich in resources and facilities to assist the children’s learning. A clear example of
this is the presence of libraries, laboratory rooms and playgrounds which is very important for the
development and learning of the students. Thus, children will be able to reach their full potential.

Another reason is that private education opens better opportunities due to the reason that students
who finish their degree from these schools are more knowledgeable and competitive because of the
high quality of education they receive. For instance, students will have good possibilities in finding a job
whether in local or international level. Thereby, this will open many doors to young people such as
better job opportunities.

Lastly, private institutions have a better ratio of teachers to students due to the fact that most private
schools ensure that there should be a good division of educators and students. This will give the
teachers the ability to focus on each student and to point their strengths and weaknesses. In particular,
each teacher in these institutions has only 15 to 20 students to handle. Thus, teachers can focus more
giving a proper education in each student.

To conclude, private education should be not be banned because it gives more benefits to some people.
These institutions have more ability to give a quality education, open better opportunities for student,
and have a good ratio of teachers to students.
