Good day!

In a duly convened meeting by the Supreme Student Government Officers on August 28 at the
Student’s Center, it was agreed that SSG will propose the renovation of the bulletin board and the
installation of Suggestion Box as school projects for the first semester.

Whereas, the SSG Bulletin board serves as a platform for the organization to relay information about
school activities and policies and thus needs renovation for long and sustainable use,

Whereas, the renovation of the SSG Bulletin Board will provide a positive climate for students and
stakeholders to keep informed and updated of the organization’s whereabouts,

Whereas, the installation of Suggestion Box in the campus is necessary for continuous improvement
and accountability,

Whereas, the suggestions raised by students, employees, parents and stakeholders will play essential
role in drafting of the school policies, thereby enjoin school plans with the community.

It was resolved by the body that the move be given due consideration and immediate realization.
