INSTRUCTIONS TO PREPARE A FULL PAPER

Abstract. This document provides information and instructions for preparing a paper to the Proceedings
of the International Conference On Knowledge-based Economy and Global Management. The paper file
format must be in Microsoft Word (docx). Please follow this order when writing papers: Title, Authors,
Affiliations, Abstract, Keywords, Main text, Acknowledgements, References.
Keywords: Instructions, International, Symposium, on Knowledge-Based Economy &Global
Management.
1 INTRODUCTION
The items listed below are the minimum requirements for accepting manuscripts for the special issues
submitted for publication in the International Conference on Knowledge-Based Economy & Global
Management. Please be sure that your manuscript meets these requirements when it is submitted to us for
review and type setting (E-mail: business@[Link]).
2 GENERAL SPECIFICATIONS
2.1 Text
The paper must be written in English, A4 paper, single-spaced, justified, with a font size of 10pt, in
Times New Roman.
2.2 Margins
The margins must be formatted to 3.0 cm on all sides of the paper.
2.3 Paper Length
The size of the paper should not exceed 25 printed pages including figures, tables and references.
3 TITLE, AUTHORS, AFFILIATION, KEY WORDS, ABSTRACT
When writing your paper, please follow the order: Title, Author(s), Affiliation(s), Key words,
Abstract, full text.
3.1 Title
The title should be written centered, in 18pt, boldface Times New Roman, all capital letters. It
should be single spaced if the title is more than one line.
3.2 Authors
First Author, Second Author, and Third Author
The authors’ name should include first name, middle initial and surname. It should be written centered,
in 10pt boldface Times New Roman, below the title.
3.3 Affiliation
Author's affiliation should be written centered, in 10pt, Times New Roman, below the authors’ name.
3.4 Abstract and Keywords
On the first page, following the title and author by-line (name, title, organization, city, state, country),
please include an abstract （not exceed 1,000words） summarizing your problem and findings. On a line
below the abstract please include keywords for indexing and database word searches. They should be
written left aligned, in 10pt Times New Roman.
4 HEADINGS
Set first-level headings in the text to the left, typed in 12pt, boldfaced and all capitalized letters.
Second-level headings should be typed in 11pt, bold italic with initial cap for first word. For third-level
headings, set type in italic and capitalize only the first letter of the first word.

5 EDITORIAL HEADING
The first page will include the Editorial Heading, as shown in the first page of these instructions. In
addition, successive pages will include the name of the authors. The Editorial Heading must be included in
the paper by the authors. Use 8pt-font size for the Editorial Heading.
6 PAGE NUMBERS
Please Do Not number the pages of the paper.
7 FIGURES
All figures should be numbered consecutively and captioned. The caption title should be written
centered, in 10pt Times New Roman, with upper and lower case letters.
Figures must be sent embedded in the document.
Figures may be included in the text or added at the end of the paper.
8 EQUATIONS
A displayed equation is numbered, using Arabic numbers in parentheses. It should be centered, leaving
an 8pt space above and below to separate it from the surrounding text.

9 TABLES
All tables should be numbered consecutively and captioned; the caption should be 10pt Times New
First Author, Second Author, and Third Author
Roman, upper and lower case letters.
10 FORMAT OF REFERENCES
References should be quoted in the text by superscript numbers, and grouped together at the end of the
paper in numerical order as shown in these instructions[1].
11 CONCLUSIONS
Full paper submissions are due on September 20, 2016. You can submit English conference paper via
