CONSTRUCTION METHOD AND PROCEDURE

1. Methodology of General Approach

a. Comply all the documents required in the perfection


of the contract for the project.
b. Commence the work with-in five (5) calendar days
from the date of issue of the Notice to Proceed
c. Appoint manpower to carry out the work stipulated.
d. Move in of the Equipments.
e. Carry out the work stipulated in the plans and
specifications of the project.
f. Time to time coordinate with the implementing
agency.
g. Field inspection and actual evaluation of
accomplishment during the progress of
construction activities.
h. The head of the agency concerned will officially
notified in writing as soon as the project is
100% completed so that necessary documents for
turnover and acceptance as well as payment due to
us will be made.

2. Program of Works

a. Development of the construction should be according


to the submitted PERT-CPM.
b. Bar schedule, the manpower and equipment
utilization should be followed.

3. Financial Program

a. As submitted, cash flow and payment schedule of


the project should be considered.
b. Billing of the project depends on the progress
and percent completion of the construction.
