DAYSON ‘ Board Secretary VI> R. slution No, _93~1267 WHEREAS, Rule VIII, Section 21 of Omnibus Rules authorizes the Commission to etfect periodic reshuffles of the CSC Officials and omploycos; WHEREAS, in most cases, reshuffling of the Officials and employees entails economic and social adjustments in the new area of assignment; WHEREAS, reshuffling generally does not involve Increase in the emoluments of the personnel reshuffled and it {s a known fact that during the first month in a now assignment expenses are more than the normal; WHEREAS, the Commission recognizes the economic Plight of those reshuffled considering the incurrence of ‘additional expenses incident to transfer of asaignment; NOW THEREFORE, promises considered, the Commission RESOLVES as it hereby resolve to grant relocation allowance to the reshuffled Officials and employees of the Commission for the first thirty (30) days in thelr new field of assignment, subject to the following conditions: 1) That the new place of assignment would be a place which exceeds a twenty-kilometer daily commuting distance trom his former office; 2) The rates of relocation allewance shall be in accordance with National Budget Circular No 391, 391-A, and Executive Order No. 389 subject to the avallability of funds; 3) The claims of relocation allowance shall be chargeable against the funds of new assignment; 4) + That the employees on a job rotation program are considered reshuffled employees; 5) That grant of relocation allowance shall not be applicable to assignments within Metro Manila. 6) That the relocation allowance shall be granted only to employees on reassignment for at least six (6) months.
