NCSAT SPA Trainers and Students Team Building Activity

V. Rationale:
Pursuant to DepEd Memorandum No. 135 s. 2001 and in line with the Division Change Plan: “TRANSFORM
Naga”, Naga City School of Arts and Trades will adopt and implement the Special Program in the Arts
curriculum effective on school year 2019-2020. The school adheres to the objectives of the Department of
Education in nurturing all facets of development of every student whereas, the importance of developing their
artistic inclination plays a crucial part of education.

VI. Objectives
1. Enhance students’ self-discipline and appreciation of the role of leadership by building mutual trust and
confidence.
2. Build team cohesion by breaking barriers in interpersonal relationships.
3. Improve students’ internal attitudes and proactive behavior to function as a team with motivation and
cooperation.
4. Help students to assess critical factors in team tasks and more deeply explore how teams can effectively
capitalize on group resources.
5. Further develop students’ arts skills and talents.

VII. Materials and Equipment


Laptop, projector, tables and chairs, balloons, tarpaulin, microphones, sound system.
