Be calm but engaged in the interview. 3) For the second stage, reflect on why you are suitable and if your experience meets their needs.

Things to keep in mind for an interview of a language exchange program

A people who wants to apply for a language exchange program must consider three stage. The first
is to recognize the tips to make a good impression at the time of the interview, the second, is to ask about
¿why is the most suitable candidate?, and in the three stage, recognize if it meets some characteristics
that people who to apply an intercambio program must have.

In the first stage puntuality is essential, so it is recommended that you arrive at least ten minutes
before the time of the interview, also, it is important that you outfit corresponds to the type of position
you aspire in the exchange program, however, regardless of the position, it should always be a clean,
orderly and semi-formal presentation. Finally, be calm but at the same time be a proactive in the answers
and questions that you will anser and ask to the interviewer.

The second stage is an internal reflection, in that sense, it is advisable to ask the following questions:
¿Why would you be a good candidate? ¿My profile corresponds to what is needed? ¿Do I have experience
to meet the profile requirements? ¿ Am I able to face the responsbilities that require the position to which
I apply? If you answering this questions will be safer and easy to make the decision.

Finally, in the third stage, there are some characteristics inherent to most of the jobs profiles and
for this case to the exchange program, these are: being a responsible person, ordes, with a cooperative
spirit, open to cultural diversity, with knowledge in group management and solidarity. If you meet theese
this caracteristics and keep in mind stage one and two, you will be surely a suitable candidate.
