Dear Madam,
I would like to inform you that I am resigning from my position as Jr. Geotechnical Engineer
for PT XXX, effective 1 month from this date. My last day will be Friday, August 20th.
Thank you for the support and opportunities that you gave to me during my time here.
I have enjoyed working alongside some excellent colleagues, have had so many opportunities
to grow and develop in my career field and am more than grateful for the encouragement you
have given me in pursuing my professional and personal growth objectives.
It has been my pleasure to serve your company since the first time I joined. I appreciate
having been given the trust to work with this company.
