Responsibilities
 Represents the company regarding all matters of quality.
 Manages and updating the Company Management Manual.
 Co-ordinates the definition and distribution of Company Procedures.
 Plans and supervises Quality System Audits and evaluates any necessary corrective
actions.
 Provides necessary assistance and technical expertise to other Company Units and to
projects concerning matters of quality. f) Evaluates the Quality Systems of suppliers and
sub-contractors during the pre-qualification phase.
 Allocates Quality personnel to various duties and/or projects.
 Liaises with the authorized Company Quality System certification body.
 Prepares Management Review meetings of the Quality System.
 Trains all personnel about Quality System issues management and methodologies and
implements the necessary training Programs for Quality personnel.
 Proposes preventive measures, promotes and implements improvement programs.
 Plans and assesses project audit results and analyses of non-conformity.
 Provides other units, responsible for analyzing, defining and improving operating
procedures and company processes, with the necessary back-up to implement the Quality
System.
 Promotes the implementation of the processes monitoring bidding system.
 Supervises the definition and implementation of customer satisfaction tools and activities.
 Assists the Proposal Manager during bidding phase.
 Assists the Project Manager during project execution phase.
 Ensures that analysis of data coming from projects are forwarded to Corporate level.
 Interfaces with Company representative of Risk and knowledge Management.
 Manages Company document system ensuring its maintenance and updating, cooperating
with different company functions.

Requirements
 Experience in a QA Management Role within an Engineering/Manufacturing site or
similar industry, or experience in QA in a similar field and a relevant formal qualification
would be preferred
 Skilled in Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Office Visio
 Membership of relevant professional body – (Chartered Quality Institute)
 Must have training in internal and external auditing to ISO 9001
 Excellent communicator – verbal and written
 Excellent team player
 Resourceful, well organised, highly dependable, efficient and detail orientated
 Confident and Assertive
 Ability to use initiative and make decisions autonomously
 Knowledge of Structural Steel, CE Marking and ISO 3834
 Knowledge of Pressure Equipment Directive 97/23 EC
 CSWIP 3.2 (3.1 acceptable with relevant experience)
