CONTRACT ADDENDUM

This Agreement is in reference to a contract agreement dated 14-Aug-19 , by and between:

ASTICOM TECHNOLOGY INC. (hereinafter referred to as "ATI"), a corporation duly organized and existing in
accordance with laws of the Philippines, with Head Office at 4th Floor, Globe Telecom Plaza, Pioneer
Mandaluyong City, represented herein by its Recruitment Operations Manager, JUAN MIGUEL TULAY

Below is the increase in salary effective 01-Apr-19 . Salary increase was based on your Satisfactory Rating
from your Performance Evaluation.

Basic Salary: Php 15,000.00 Basic Salary: Php 16,050.00

No other terms or conditions of the above mentioned contract shall be negated or changed as a result
of this here stated addendum.
