PrintConsole Software Guide

The PrintConsole software is pure green software, thus users only need to unzip the software folder and run
“[Link]”

Control pad: Basic control button.

Open: Open my computer to find the file which need to be print and add it into software.
Power: The icon will light automatically if software connected with computer. If not, please check USB
cable.
Add: Load printing file.
Setting: Please check the install guide.
Connect: Click it to connect software with printer. The icon will light if well connect.
Home : Carriage moves back to the capping unit, and capp the printhead,
Down: Material moves forward.
Up: Material moves backward.
Left: Carriage moves left。
Right: Carriage moves right
Clean: Carriage goes back to capping position and clean the printhead.
Flush: Flush the printhead.
Pump: Click it to start pumping ink out, click it again to stop.
Print: Click it to start printing.
Pause: Click to pause, click it again to continue.
Stop: Stop printing, carriage move back to capping position.
Test: Check the nozzle status. Before you start printing in a new day, you’d better test the nozzle statement,
to ensure the best performance.

Base: Set printing original position.


Move to: move carriage to a appointed position.
Update steps: update the step moving distance during printing in real time. When you update its value, click
this button to save. If the picture shows overlap, you need to increase its value. If the picture
shows blank, you need to reduce its value.
X edge: please ignore this function for this version.
Y edge: please ignore this function for this version.
Copies: Set the number of printing copies.
Update bi direction: Updating bi direction value real time. Click it to save.

Basic Setting: set printing value and mode.

Heads: Choose the working head you want.


Paper: Choose the paper type.
Skip blank: Choose whether you need to skip blank. 0: No need. 1: need to skip blank.
Channel: Ignore this function.
Direction: Choose printing direction. 0: print by bi-direction. 1: printing from left to right. 2: printing from
right to left.
Sketchy: Choose the preview way. 0: detail. 1: sketch.
Color bar: Set the color bar item. If you use the eco-solvent ink, color should always be enabled, at least one
side.
Enable: Tick it to open color bar function.
Left: Show the color bar at the left of printing material.
Right: Show the color bar at the left of printing material.
Save: Change any value, please click it to save.
Line: Set the total width of color (Unit “mm”).
Space: Set the width from the color to printing picture (Unit “mm”).

Clean setting: Set the cleaning function.


Enable: Choose it to auto clean and flush.
Clean: Enable auto clean after certain passes.
Flush: Choose it to enable auto flush.
Pass: Set the frequency of clean by pass.
Save: Save the value and function when you change.
Feather setting: Set feather function.
Gradient: Choose it to enable feather function.
%: Set the feather percentage. This value should be less than 100%.
Save: Click to save the value when you changed .
Channel setting: Choose the print channel you need. Normally all the 4 colors should be enabled.
