V- Background and Rationale
Constant change in our weather and climate with the acts of civilizing actually devastates all
living organisms and the environment. Soil erosions, acid rains, pollutions, and not to mention, the
thinning in numbers of our vegetation in the environment, benefits the destruction and
deterioration of our well-being. This forces us to adapt and take action against this problem hence
making plausible solutions to the problem like Planting and nurturing more trees in a
corresponding environ.
This Tree planting activity implemented by the { } is in collaboration with the{
}. The co-op activity will be effective on{date}.
III. OBJECTIVES
PRE-IMPLEMENTATION
The activity was objectively thought to attain the following:
1) To encourage solidarity in attaining one important goal for the many
2) To encourage camaraderie through collaborative activities, and!
3) To impress upon the participants the community goal of service
IV. METHODOLOGY
• PRE-IMPLEMENTATION
This tree planting activity at {venue} will be a continuation of the same activity from {
} from the past month. However, this time the school clubs that will be participating will be the{
}. This Tree Planting activity was agreed by the different club officers, members and approved by
their adviser's.
A communication letter will be sent to the barangay Kias for their approval for their
approval and support to these activities.
A personal follow-up to confirm and clarify important issues will be done by the advisers of
the organizations days before the schedule.
A meeting with the members and participating teachers for the needs and reminders will be
held prior to the scheduled date.
IMPLEMENTATION
All the participants will be meeting at the school on or before 7:30 in the morning {date}
and everyone will be writing their names and signing their signatures in three copies to the different
club secretaries. Before 8:00. At 8:10, the participants must be going down the stairs already carrying
with them the seedlings.
POST IMPLEMENTATION
a) Sustainability/Educational Impact
After this activity, the participants will be asked to set a schedule for checking and nurturing of
the seedlings that were planted. They must monitor how many of the seedlings planted before
survived and how many of the seedlings recently planted are surviving to make sure that their
efforts are not in vain.
b) Evaluation
An evaluation about the relevance and importance of the activity by all the participants will be
collated to take note of significant details that may have been overlooked, lacking, overdone and to
improve more the service on the coming days.
V. Expected Outcome
It is expected by the proponents that these kind of activities will not only fulfill the
mandate of the Program but will also strengthen partnership with the host and nearby barangays
and build stronger camaraderie in attaining higher goals in the future.
