Admin Panel
Users:
1. Add user:
2. In add user form, there is a checkbox to “Send an Email to New User.” But new
user does not receive any email. Thus “Send an Email to New User.”
Functionality is not working as expected.
Issue Type: Major
3. A newly added user “raisha” is not displayed in user list but when checked in
database, user in fo is present in user table. Also this user is not under deleted
user when checked using deleted user filter option in user list page of admin
panel.

2. Edit User
1. The functionality “Force Password Change” and “Send Password Rest Link” for each user
from admin panel is not working as expected. User (eg: with email
‘raishabegum@[Link]’, ‘jawaad@[Link]’) does not receive reset
password link to mail which stops user to continue using the system until admin
changes the password.

3. Add Roles
1. Currently System does not list available roles in the systems as a drop down.
Admin shall search the role to assign to user which is not user friendly UI.

4. Message System
A user with roles ‘MailBossUser’ and ‘MailUser’, when clicked on “Message System”
below critical error occurred unexpectedly .

Organization tree
1. New->Division:
1. Most of the time when admin tries to add new division for a node, systems pops
up with a message as shown in below screenshot “screen1” is opened and
when admin clicks on OK, systems redirects back main node of the tree.
Adding of division to a node is not user friendly at all. Each time systems acts
very differently and hence the system is not user friendly and add division
functionality does not work as expected. System functionality does not work
consistently.

2. Release:
1. Most of the time when admin tries to clicks on menu “Release” for a
node/division/circle, systems pops up with a message system alerts “عليك تحديد عقدة
!!! (You have to select a node)” as shown in below screenshot “screen1” and
when admin clicks on OK, systems redirects back main node of the tree. Thus
most of time system stops admin user from using release options. The system is
very difficult to use and it’s not straight forward.

3. Disable activation:
1. When admin user clicks on menu “Disable activation”, system alerts wrong message
“( !!! عليك تحديد عقدةYou have to select a node)” instead of disabled activation
successfully. However disable activation functionality is working successfully.

2. In the below screenshot Screen 1 , “B Timeline Division” is sub division defined under “Timeline
Devsion”. When admin has disabled node “B Timeline Division”, the parent node “Timeline Devsion” is
also disabled which is not as [Link] actual only child node “B Timeline Division” shall be disabled.

For example if one node is deactivated, when admin right clicks on menu of other node, system shows
only ‘reactivate’ menu for all other node which means all these nodes are disabled which is not the
expected behaviour of the system.
But when admin click on “Organization Struction”, page refreshes and all the menus are shows enabled
for all node like “Timeline Circle” in screen 2. System does not work consistently each time.

4. Select Administrator:
1. Already added administrator using menu option “Select Administrator” are not
displayed when viewed by clicking on menu “Display workers”.
For example, in the system a user “Jawaad Ahmed” was assigned to division
“Timeline Division” and “Jawaad Ahmed two” to division “A Timeline Division”
as an administrator

2. As per admin guidelines, assigning a proxy administrator is not allowed in the
system. But system allows to assign administrator of one division to another
division which is against proxy. Thus system does not work as expected by
allowing proxy administrator.

3. When admin tries to define new administrator again for a division/circle/main
node, using “Select Administrator”, system alerts “( !!! عليك تحديد عقدةYou have to select
a node)” which stops admin user from re-defining new administrator.

4. Delete
When admin tries to delete a node with no workers under it, app alerts saying “ ال يمكن
أو كانت تحوي على مستخدمين،”!!حذف عقدة إذا كان لها أبناء. Thus delete functionality is not working as
expected.
In below screen node “A Timeline Division” does not have any child node and no
workers or administrator is assigned for this node .But admin is unable to delete this
node.

Indexes
1. When user clicks on main menu “Index”, system opens blank page which shall be
avoided by removing link reference.

1. Add Attachment suffix
The unit of size to be defines is not mentioned in the add attachment style form

2. Edit Attachment suffix
1. When admin edits pattern field of already defined “Attachment suffix”, system
forces to edit first and last field i.e. Name and Size. Thus edit functionality does not
allows to edit only pattern of the attachment suffix which is not user friendly.

2. When admin clicks on SAVE button after edit fields ‘Name’ and ‘Size’ of already
defined “Attachment suffix”, a critical error is occurred as shown in the below
screenshot.

3. Delete Attachment suffix
When admin deletes already defined “Attachment suffix” by clicking on delete
button, a critical error is occurred as shown in the below screenshot however
attachment style is deleted successfully.

Unable to add new attachment type by clicking on plus button marked in below
screenshot. When user clicks on plus button, just page gets refreshed with no response.
Thus “Add Attachment type” functionality is not working as expected.

clicks on edit button, just page gets refreshed with no response. Thus “Edit Attachment

System allows define more than one mail type with same node number .Validation for
duplicate node number is not taken care
In below screen both mail types “test type 1” and “test type 2” have same
node number “2”

1. When admin adds a new type of treatment with checkbox “Time limited?” checked,
systems displays a critical error thus unable to add new type of treatment.
2. When admin adds a new type of treatment without checking checkbox “Time
limited?” checked, systems displays a critical error thus unable to add new type of
treatment.

1. In edit type of treatment page, the name of type is not saved thus forces user to re-
enter the name again.

1. System is in Arabic but some places we see messages in English. Arabic integration is not
completely done
