CNC Lubrication System Overview

SOW- Description:

[Link] Lubrication tank (Primary tank): Lubrication tank of the CNC machine

[Link] storage tank: Auxiliary tank with large capacity compared to primary
tank , from which lubricant oil is refilled in the CNC lubrication tank

3. Min level - minimum allowed level of oil in CNC Lubrication tank. if oil level
decreases below this level, oil is pumped into the tank automatically

[Link] level - maximum allowed level oil in CNC Lubrication tank after which
pump is turned off

[Link] sensor 1: Oil level sensor that continuously tracks oil level in CNC
lubrication tank

[Link] sensor 2: Oil level sensor that tracks oil level in secondary storage tank

[Link] indicator: Warning system that indicates the oil level in secondary storage
tank.

[Link] unit with wifi: Controls entire process and sends oil level in secondary
tank and other data to internet cloud for remote access.
Working Principle

1. Control unit continuously tracks the oil level in CNC Lubrication tank

2. Once the level reaches below set minimum level in the lubrication tank, the
lubricant is pumped into the tank from secondary storage tank, so that the oil
level inside tank increases

3. If the level reaches set maximum level, the pump is turned off and the process
repeat

4. Oil level in secondary storage tank is continuously stored in cloud. Oil level data
could be accessed by authorized persons in their mobile phone

operator is indicated by indicator system and it is notified by warning message
