Step 1: Click the blue link in the first bullet point that says “Write your session notes using this short form”
TIP!
Clicking ‘Make a Copy’
will give you a blank
copy of the session notes
form (image bottom left).
You will need to start
with a blank copy every
time you write a new
session.

it means you’re missing
something, scroll up and
enter missing information
