AWARD OF THE MILITARY MERIT MEDAL

Pursuant to paragraph 1-61, section II, Chapter I, Armed Forces of the


Philippines Regulations G 131-053. General Headquarters Armed Forces of the
Philippines dated 01 July 1986, the Military Merit Medal is hereby awarded to:

MSg Wilfredo I Ople 735157 PAF

for meritorious achievement and valuable services rendered as Assistant Sergeant


Major, 421st Supply Management Group, 420th Supply Wing from 15 March 2017 to 12
September 2019; First Sergeant of HAS from 16 February 2016 until 16 March 2017;
and as NCOIC of the Command Office from 16 January 2012 to 16 February 2016.
Subject NCO has been instrumental in the successful accomplishment of the Wing’s
Mission. Through his unparalleled leadership, subject NCO led his men in efficient and
successful renovation and repair of the 420th SW Office Buildings, which greatly
heightened the promotion of conducive and safe working environment for the personnel
of the Wing. The dedication, perseverance and devotion displayed by subject NCO are
clear manifestations of selfless attitude and efficiency to his respective tasks that
contributed immeasurably to the Wing mission accomplishment, thus making him
worthy of emulation and praises. By these achievement, above-mentioned Enlisted
Personnel earned distinct credit not only for themselves but also for the 420th Supply
Wing, the Philippine Air Force and the Armed Forces of the Philippines as well.
