With a burning passion to share my knowledge and experiences, I want to apply for the position
of MAPEH teacher in your school/ institution.

Having recently obtained my degree in Bachelor of Secondary Education (BSED) - major in


Music, Arts, Physical Education and Health (MAPEH) from Mindanao State University- Iligan
Institute of Technology, I wish to bring my knowledge, skills and commitment to excellence in
your school. My resume is enclosed for your review.
During my college days, I was active in academics that led me to obtaining an academic
leadership award. Aside from that, I have also attended seminars and workshops locally and
internationally that enhanced my capabilities in teaching MAPEH. Moreover, I also became a
dance instructor during the Folk Dance Workshop for teachers in Iligan City Division. These are
just some of the breaks I have met during college as an active leader.
I spent my last three months of practice teaching in Iligan City East National High School and
handled five sections. As days go by, I have learned different teaching strategies that helped me
develop in becoming competent and effective teacher.

I believe that your school would give me the opportunity to learn more things in my chosen field
and that it would hone my teaching skills further. I am very much willing to take the
responsibility to teach, given my experiences, which I think would suit me the qualifications you
needed.
