Baseball Training Design
(R1AA 2018)
Objectives:
To understand the rules of the game.
To develop and to improve their skills and
endurance of the players in playing baseball in
preparation for the upcoming R1AA 2018.
TIME ACTIVITY DETAILS
The players will undergo conditioning training to
Jan. 8 – 12 Body Conditioning
maintain fitness level.
The players will do the different throwing skills like

break & throw (no ball & with ball), bucket throw,
