Science Reflection on Compounds and Forces

Organic compounds contain carbon and are found in living things, while inorganic compounds do not contain carbon. There are two types of microorganisms: eukaryotic organisms like fungi and protists, and prokaryotic bacteria. The four fundamental forces in nature are the strong and weak nuclear forces, gravitational force, and electromagnetic force. Our solar system is located in the Orion Spur and contains terrestrial planets like Earth and Venus, gas giants like Jupiter and Saturn, and ice giants like Uranus and Neptune.

Compound is a substance consisting of atoms of two or chemically combined
in a fixed proportion. There are 2 types of compound, and those two are
organic compound and inorganic compound. Organic compound or also
known as carbon compound, it has carbon and it consists of living things
while inorganic has no carbon. Methane, acetic acid, table sugar and
acetylsalicylic are one of the examples of organic compound. Silica, baking
soda, carbon dioxide and alum are the examples of inorganic compound.

Fungi, protist , bacteria are microrganisms. Microrganisms are organisms that

are too small to be seen by the naked eye, micro means little or small. Fungi
are eukaryotic organisms, they do not contain chlorophyll , they eat decayed
dead organisms and they produce spores. Protist are eukaryotic organisms
and some of them have cilia and flagella. Bacteria are prokaryotic organisms
and they are the decomposer that break down organic matter.

Force refers to the measurement of a push and pull, the SI unit of force is
newton. There are 4 fundemental forces in nature, and those are stong and
weak nuclear force, gravitational force and electromagnetic force. Strong
nuclear force is a force which holds together the protons and neutrons in the
nucleus of an atom. Weak nuclear force is a forcethat causes change inside
the nucleus of an atom. Gravitational force is a force of attraction between
two objects. Electromagnetic force binds the matter to form solid, liquid and
gas.
The solar system is located in the orion spur. The sun is estimated to be 4.5
billion years old. Terrestrial planets are made of rocky material just like
mercury, mars, earth and venus. Terrestrial planets are planets that does not
have rings. Jupiter and Saturn are known as gas giants, Uranus and neptune
are known as ice giants. Oort cloud is a collection of icy debris and it conists
of of space dust.

Prevailing winds, northeast trade winds, northeast monson (hanging amihan),

southeast monson (hanging habugat). There two local winds and those two
are the sea breeze and land breeze. ITCZ it is where the winds from the north
and south meet each other and create winds and rains. Low pressure area
can create typhons while high pressure area are very hot. 3 types of cyclone
those are the tropical depression, tropical storm and typhon.
