Subject SUBMISSION OF UPDATED LETTER OF INTENT OF NON-

DEPED SENIOR HIGH SCHOOL APPLICANTS STARTING SY
2016 - 2017 (Batch 5)

Relative to the Memorandum issued by the Department of Education Senior High

School National Task Force (SHS-NTF), signed by Dr. Jocelyn DR Andaya, Director lll,
Concurrent OlC, BSE, daied June 16,2015, this Office transmiis the attached list of
Non-DepEd schools recommended by the SHS-NTF to be issued a provisional permit
for Senior High School (Grade 11 and Grade 12) starting SY 2016-2017.

However, as stated in the Memorandum issued by the SHS-NTF, the said

schools have not indicated in their letter of intent the specific
tracks/strands/specializations to be offered in SY 2016-201 7. Hence, it is required for
these schools to submit the updated letter of intent indicating the specific
trackslstrands/specializations before the conduct of ocular inspection between June and
July of 2015 to validate their readiness to offer the Senior High School Program in 2016-
2017 and be issued provisional permit if feasible.

The updated letter of intent should be sent to qaocalanar:onlQyebpc-lp'-.

It was also stated in the SHS-NTF Memorandum that schools whose cu'rricular
offerings are not within the list of DepEd specializations, shall be directed to submit the
said documents to the SHS-NTF for validation/approval.
