Evidence: My motivators
Studies of successful individuals have found that there are a few motivators that
guide their career and job choices, and make working an enjoyable and successful
experience for them. Below you will find a list with the motivators that are most
commonly mentioned by high-achieving people. For this evidence you have to
organize them in order of importance from 1 (the most important) to 10 (the least
important) and write a composition expressing how they have been part of your
professional development. Recycle the grammar and vocabulary you have learned
in this learning activity. (Example: I feel variety is the most important factor in my
motivation. I don’t like doing repetitive things. In my current job I have learned how
to use Photoshop and how to market different products online. I am becoming very
good at it and now I am able to teach others.)

In my day to day the Challenge to learn new things is what motivates my
growing, to overcome the unknown and demonstrate that you can achieve
things with effort and concentration; In the day's work you will always see
the competition to show that one is better than another, and even so often
the competition is not fine because it can be used for conflicts in the future;
Growing up we have the independence to make the decisions of what we
want to be, studies like living and where to live, my independence has shown
me that I can achieve many things, but I must do them without affecting
others; There are many things of interest today, where cell phones,
television sets and technology is advancing non-stop and is always helping
to improve our lives and learn new things in easier ways; My lifestyle is
quiet, I do not like to go out much and I am very obedient, so this has helped
me to have good performance in my work and to get up in this, also to take
advantage of every moment of my day to day; Nowadays money is an
indispensable tool, you can almost not do things without it, but thanks to my
work achievements and I've always prepared, I've managed to have a job
where I can cover my expenses and especially comply my financial
obligations; Thanks to my studies and high quality work have given me
several recognition, as a good teamwork, development of new projects and
especially good personal relationships.
