have rendered not less than 3 years regular and continuous
service as on closing date.

18 Central Govt. Civilian Employees(OBC)) who have rendered 8 (5 +3) years


not less than 3 years regular and continuous service as on
closing date .

20 Central Govt. Civilian Employees(SC/ST) who have rendered 10(5+5) years


not less than 3 years regular and continuous service as on
closing date.

21 Candidates who had ordinarily been domiciled in the State of 5 years

22 Candidates who had ordinarily been domiciled in the State of 8 years
Jammu & Kashmir(OBC)
23 Candidates who had ordinarily been domiciled in the State of 10 years
Jammu & Kashmir( SC/ST)

24 Upto 35 years of age


Widows/Divorced Women/Women judicially separated and who
are not remarried(Unreserved/General)
25 Widows/Divorced Women/Women judicially separated and who Upto 38 years of age
are not remarried(OBC)
26 Widows/Divorced Women/Women judicially separated and who Upto 40 years of age
are not remarried(SC/ST)
30 Departmental candidates(UR) who have rendered not less 5 years
than 3 years regular and continuous service as on closing
date

31 Departmental candidates(OBC) who have rendered not less 8(5+3) years


than 3 years regular and continuous service as on closing
date
32 Departmental candidates(SC/ST) who have rendered not less 10(5+5) years
than 3 years regular and continuous service as on closing
date
