Exemption Application for Court Appearance

PERSONAL APPEARANCE.

1. That the above noted matter is pending for disposal before this
Hon’ble court for today i.e. 28.02.2015.

2. That the accused went to out of station for some of his business
purpose and scheduled to return back on 27.02.2015 but due to
some unavoidable circumstances unable to return back, result
whereof unable to attend and appear before this Hon’ble court
today.

3. That the non-appearance is neither intentional nor deliberate


but due to the above stated reason.

It is, therefore, most humbly and respectfully prayed by this Hon’ble


court, in view of aforementioned facts and circumstances that this
Hon’ble court be pleased to grant exemption to applicant from personal
appearance for today, in the interest of justice.
