That if, at any stage, it is discovered that you obtained appointment on the basis of forged/bogus documents, the appointment shall be considered to be void ab-Initio and you shall be liable to refund all amounts received from the Government, in addition to such other action as may be taken against you under the rules. v. The appointment is subject to the condition that in case of disabled candidate, he/she should reappear before special medical board who should re-verify his/her disability and determine suitability to perform his/her job related duties/functions. vi. That your seniority will be in accordance with the order of merit assigned by the PPSC, irrespective of actual date of joining. vi, That you will be governed by Punjab Civil Servants Act 1974 and Punjab Civil Servants (Appointment & Conditions) of Service Rules 1974 and the service Rules as may be issued by the Government from time to time. If during the period of probation, your work & conduct is found un- satisfactory, your services will be liable to be terminated at one month's notice without any reason being assigned or on the payment of one month's salary in lieu of the notice. In case, you wish to resign at any time, one month's notice will be necessary or in lieu therefore, a month's pay will be forfeited. That you will be liable to serve any where in the Punjab. That you will not be entitled to any TDA to present yourself before the Standing Medical Board. That you are not married to a foreign national and you have to submit a declaration to that effect.
