Here are some of the conversion factors for these units:

Use these conversion factors to convert common weight units to the desired unit.
For example:

The gram is technically a measure of mass, not of weight; but throughout the word it is used everyday
affair for practical purposes, mass and weight are proportional on the surface of the earth. The
difference between mass and weight is easy to describe in this space age.
Problem:
Gina weighs 150 lb today. What is her weight in kilogram?
Solution:
Convert 150 lb to kg.
150 lb x 1kg / 2.2 lb = 150 kg/ 2.2 = 68.18 kg
Gina’s weight in kilogram is 68.18 kg.
