Process Engineer

Responsibilites:

 Support TSA+ processes to meet daily and strategic long-term goals.


 Lead continuous improvement projects and set direction for improving yield, capability, and
throughput.
 Work with counterparts to establish critical parameters and tolerances on new product and
process development.
 Actively update equipment/process documentation as the process is refined.
 Develop an understanding of functional product requirements and their interaction with
process variables.
 Develop project plans with justification, objectives, benchmarks, critical reviews, deliverables,
completion criteria, and timeline.
 Participate in cross-functional design teams to assure that product meets cost, capability,
and output goals.
 Utilize and meet requirements of PPD flow in process development.
 Train and mentor manufacturing support teams on new processes, equipment, and tooling.
 Compile and analyze data using software, statistics, and engineering skills to characterize
the process.
 Prove capability of technology through application in a high-volume environment or simulated
environment.

Qualifications:

 Bachelor of Science Degree in a related field: Manufacturing Engineering, Mechanical


Engineering, Industrial Technology, Manufacturing Technology, etc.
 Demonstrated process engineering and development skills
 Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
 Ability to apply chemical and mechanical engineering principles and theory
 Familiarity with web processing methods
 Knowledge of statistical process control, design of experiments, product and process
development flow
 Complex problem-solving skills utilizing materials science, dynamics, thermodynamics, heat
transfer, mechanics of materials
 Ability to handle multiple projects
 Good communication skills
 Demonstrated proficiency with both written and verbal communication
 Capable of clearly and concisely presenting complex concepts to others
 Comfortable presenting opinions in group situations
 Computer literacy
