 Select an organization (any sector manufacturing or services) give brief introduction


and mention products.
 Interview a key employee for details regarding company policy strategy and
appraisal system toward employee engagement and performance management.
(selected employee reference and card should be attached)
 Give your suggestion (in any area of policy or strategy that the selected company
should adopt in order to motivate employee and performance system) regarding
improvement.

Tips for interview and observations


You may focus on the areas and questions like:

 How company is paying attention to increase positive competition among employees?


 How much development company is giving to employees?
 What action lack in HR system that may affect satisfactions, performance, motivation and
engagement of employees
 Did company explain the structure and job description properly to employees?
 Diversity management (if the company need to manage)
 Leadership style (if the company need to update or have already the best
 What according to the interviewee (the employee you will take interview from) can be done for
better results in organization
 What according to him lacks or is the best policy of their organization

You may work in team of two only

Submission date 27th May 2019

Submission is in soft foam; however, you will have to give a hard copy on presentation day. Since the
hard copy will be taken as your Assignment 2
