CREATION OF SHIFT REPORT

Run Transaction code ISHN1

The following screen shall appear

Input your desired Functional Location against which you would like to generate the shift Note. For
example you want to record shift observations against LPG Recovery Plant, you would input 11l1-
RPT. You may select the desired functional location from the drop down. For Duliajan Power station
it will be 11W1.

Press Enter and the following screen would appear.

Input your Shift observations in the Long Text Provided. Category may be maintained as provided in
the drop down & Save your Shift Note.

Displaying Shift Notes: Run Transaction Code ISHN4. The following screen would
appear. Give your desired start date in the Evaluation Period area.
The following is the report of all shift noted within the selected period.

Select the Report and click on the icon for generating the PDF output as well as a print output.
The following is the sample PDF output of the selected Shift Note.
Shift Report Create: Run Transaction ISHR1
You would get the following information message ; Press Enter

Generate the shift report by pressing the icon. The following is the
output format. It may be noted that the report shall include all Shift Notes, Maintenance
Notifications, Orders, Material moved through maintenance orders, Operations Confirmations and
List of measurement readings that have been entered in the particular shift.
On Saving the following screen shall appear. The shift incharge shall now have the option of
electronically signing the document.

Press at the icon and the following screen shall appear.

Input your correct ERP password and press Enter. On successful signiong of the Shift Report the
following message would appear.
Shift Report Display: Run Transaction Code ISHR4. The following screen would
appear

Input your desired start date in the Reporting Period area. The following list would appear.
