The objective of the project is to develop a helpdesk product in windows and web, which include
modules like Asset, Customer, Company, Product, Contract and Knowledge-base. The application
deals with posting tickets by customers regarding the issues they face on the products they
purchase and closing the same once the issue is resolved. ANSI standards are followed for the
database queries, so that the application is compatible to run with any databases like oracle, MS-
Access, MSDE. The application also supports multi-lingual.
Role: Engineer

 Responsible for coding of the assigned modules

2. E-Shoppe

This System is being developed towards the interaction between customer and Supplier. This
System deals Customer, Supplier and main module. Three types of login pages are maintained for
admin, supplier and customer.
Customer module includes Shopping Cart, Customer's Purchase History, Profile, Redemption and
alerts. Customers has to register with the site, once they verified by the admin they can do
purchase. Once they confirm the order, the order will be processed by the admin. The status is
updated through mail and SMS.
Supplier can view Purchase Order and change the status of the Purchase Order. They can change
the price and status of their products.
Main module has all the control over the system. It has all the master settings like product
details, customer and supplier details. Transaction includes Purchase, Payment Details, Tracking,
image uploading to the site. Report is generated at the Main Module.

3. Retail Management System


Client : Chong & Sons Distribution Ltd, Mauritius.
Duration : 8 Months
Role : Engineer

The system has been developed to enable services such as purchase and sales. The Master
module is for master creation & maintenance. It contains the detailed information of the master
data available in the application. The transaction includes branch activities, purchase and sales
modules. Branch Activities includes Indent, Issue, Stock Transfer and Stock Auditing. Purchase
Module includes Quotation, Purchase Order, GIR, Purchase Bill and Return and supplier payment.
Sales Module includes Quotation, Sales Order, DC, Sales Bill, Return and Customer Payment.
Retail Sales is done at the POS.
POS: POS is developed in C#.Net and SQLSERVER 2000.
POS is used for retail Sales. All the data are downloaded from the central port and sales is done at
the local POS. All the transaction data are uploaded to the central port. The central port will have
consolidated data from all POS systems in different locations. Reports are shown at the central
portal. Maintaining the stock of all branches and reports are done in the main system.

The system provides login id for each student, their parents and faculties. The students can see
their attendance, marks and exam schedules online. Parents can see their wards attendance,
marks etc., The Faculties can see their leave details and time table allotted for them online.
