The following documents may be required for W.P dependant visa-Open W P- Application.

All documents must be in JPG format scanned clear in least size

1. Applicants’ Passport (Front, Back Pages and all pages with seal and visas) (Previous Passport also required)
2. Marriage Certificate JPG Format
3. Children’s Birth Certificate JPG format
4. Photograph (Canada Visa Type) – Please e mail this directly from Studio
5. All Educational Certificates - (From STD 10 onwards, with each semester mark sheets)-JPG Format
6. All Experience Certificates- JPG Format
7. IELTS Score Card, if any- JPG Format (Only if you have IELTS)
8. Bank Statement with at least Rs.550000 per Applicant - JPG Format
9. Balance Certificate from the Bank Manager-Only for FD- JPG Format
10. Documents of other financial savings like, Surrender Value Certificate from Insurance Company, IVP, KVP,
Postal Savings, Mutual Fund, Shares etc. (It is good if you have savings like these)
11. Medical Examination Certificate. For Appointment > 0471 3041312
12. Net worth Certificate from Chartered Accountant (Only if you have multiple investments)
13. Previous Refusal letter(s) Notice, if any
14. Updated Bio data (Plz e mail as Word File)
15. Fees & Service Charge: Please see below
16. Previous refusal letters, GCMS Notes, if any

Documents from Spouse from Canada (All documents must be in JPG Format unless Specified)

1. An invitation letter inviting Spouse to Canada


2. Employment confirmation letter from present employer. (Must mention NOC Code if on A,B or O list)
3. Copy of employment Contract – Job description and NOC Code to be mentioned
4. Any Registration Certificate (eg: LPN/RPN/RN etc)
5. Job/Task description
6. Copy of Current Work Permit
7. Bank statement showing salary credit
8. Pay stubs last 2-3 month
9. T4
10. Notice of Assessment
11. Copies of current Canada visa
12. Copy of passport front and back pages
13. Copy of Passport with Immigration stamp of recent travel for marriage (ONLY if marriage is recent)
14. Copies of PR Approval letter from CIC/PNP (Also pages including dependent inclusion), if any.
15. Detailed and Most Updated Bio data

Note: As of 26th October 2015 your spouse or common-law partner can apply for an open work
permit if you are:
• approved to work in Canada for six months or longer, and
• Doing a job at Skill Level 0, A or B in the National Occupational Classification.
If you have an open work permit (e.g. post-graduation work permit, International Experience Canada,
etc) your spouse must attach a copy of your work permit to their application for an open work permit.

Charges & Fees: (Below Total Amount include Visa Fee, Biometrics & Service Charge)

1. Rs.7500 per Applicant at the time of Documents submission


2. Rs.15000+Rs.4500=Rs.19500/- Per Applicant once the application is ready for visa submission
3. Rs.21391/- Per Applicant on Visa Approval,- ie, On Receiving Passport Submission Request
Application Procedure:

1. Arrange documents as per the above check list and send all documents in JPG format to

2. Transfer the initial payment to Bank Account
3. We will check the documents and email you additional or further documents required
4. Please arrange and email the additional documents requested
5. Once the application is ready for submission, please make the 2 nd payment
6. We will re-check the application and submit the file with CIC
7. Give bio metrics at any of the VFS in India
8. Once CIC asks for Medical, do it with one of the Paneled Physicians
9. Please clear the final payment on Passport Submission Request from CIC
10. Please submit ALL ORIGINAL Passports at any of the VFS in India (You can opt to submit
passport at VFS through us)
