1. ‘A’ is a steelmaking company, with the following data. Production
of billets for company ‘A’ is 1.7 mtpy. Company ‘A’ has four
equisized electric arc furnace (EAF), one ladle furnace (LF)
and one billet caster.
Calculate :

Data Given :
The yield of billet caster is 97% and that of LF is 100% for
both cases
