The project report cover page must include the project title in capital letters, mention that it is submitted in partial fulfillment of the requirement for the Degree of Bachelor of Business Administration under Maulana Abul Kalam Azad University of Technology, West Bengal, and include the name of the student, their registration, roll number, and guidance details .

The requirement for a completion and submission schedule implies a structured timeline that prevents procrastination and encourages continuous progress. This fosters discipline, prioritization, and efficient use of time, ultimately leading to successful project completion within the stipulated timeframe .

The primary functions of a faculty guide in the BBA project include monitoring the total progress of the project, providing guidance at every step, suggesting changes as necessary, and ensuring that the project's quality is up to standard. The faculty guide must also be consulted regularly by the students and report the project quality to the principal .

The structured format with specific font styles, line spacing, and margins contributes to a polished and professional appearance. Following these guidelines reflects a commitment to academic standards and attention to detail, which is critical for the credibility and acceptance of the project report .

The guideline ensures academic integrity and adherence through the continuous monitoring by a faculty guide, regular consultations, and the stipulation that students follow specific formatting and content instructions. Additionally, having a hard deadline for each part of the submission process helps maintain discipline, ensuring all academic and project instructions are strictly followed .

Regular consultation with the project guide is important to ensure that students are on the right track, making necessary adjustments based on expert feedback, and leveraging the guide's knowledge for a better understanding of the project requirements. This helps in maintaining the quality and relevance of the project work .

The project guideline emphasizes time management by instructing students to work regularly with commitment according to the Project Report Activity Completion Schedule, thereby avoiding last-minute hustles. Additionally, specific deadlines are set for different parts of the project, including the submission of the soft and hard copies, which help students in planning and managing their time efficiently .

The rationale for requiring multiple copies of the project report is to ensure that both the institution and the student retain a record of the work. One copy is submitted to the college for formal use, while another is kept by the student, possibly for future reference or to provide evidence of their work .

Students are encouraged to select their project topics by choosing from the university-assigned functional areas—Finance, Marketing, or Human Resource Management. However, their choice is considered, and they must ensure that the topic is different from other students even if the area is the same .

The essential components include detailing the key features used in the research such as the use of methods like questionnaires. This section outlines the approach taken to gather and analyze data, contributing to the depth and validity of the research undertaken in the project .
