Haunted House Filming Adventure

The group of actors arrive at an abandoned house to film but Sky is uneasy about the rumors of it being haunted. Upon arriving, Sky sees a figure in the window but Lewis doesn't see anything. When they try to enter the house, the door slams shut. Lewis goes off on his own to find another way in while the others break in through a window. Sky hears a noise and wants to leave but the others insist on investigating. Lewis is then killed by a monster while the others look on in shock.

First s c e n e :

LAYLA:

All actors meet up at the school to talk about filming at the house.

“Hi guys, are you ready to film?”

CASEY:

“Can’t wait to see this h o u s e , I’ve been looking it up.”

SKY:

“I’m not sure we s h o u ld be going there to film, I ’ v e heard it’s haunted.”

LAYLA:

“ Stop being a baby Sky!” (Laughing)

CASEY:

“Layla, you do realise it is haunted”

SKY:

“I TOLD YOU LAYLA, I don’t think this is a good idea.” LAYLA:

“ Well I’m going, w h e t h e r you like it or not.” (Everyone gets in the car)

Second Scene:

LEWIS:

“Is this the road?”

LAYLA:

“Yes, this must be it.” (Establishing s h o t of the house)

SKY:

“I don’t like the look of this.” (Trembling softly) (Figure seen in the
window)

CASEY:
“ What’s that in the window?” (Squinting)

SKY:

“What!?” (Frightened)

LEWIS:

“I don’t see it.” (Confused)

LAYLA:

“It’s fine, let’s just go in.”

CASEY:

“Let’s investigate!”

(Car door opens and a gust of wind pushes hair b a c k )

SKY:

“Look over there!” (Entrance slowly opens)

LAYLA:

“Looks like they’re inviting us in.” (Starts walking down the way)

Scene three h a s limited d i a l o g u e .

(Walking up to the entrance and the door slams shut) (Tries t o open to the
door)

LEWIS:

“I’m going to find another way i n .”

SKY:

“I don’t think it’s a good idea to split up .” (Lewis walks away and ignores
him)

SKY:

“Let’s go and find an oth er way i n by ourselves then.”


LAYLA:

“ There’s a broken window over t h e r e .”

(Lewis finds a hiding place)

CASEY:

“I can’t get up, can you give me a hand.” (Sky gives the girls a hand up)

SKY:

“ You l o t are heavy, now lift me up.”

LAYLA:

“ Did you hear that?”

SKY:

“ I want to go home.” (Trembling)

CASEY:

“Stop being a baby, we w i l l find out what it is then.”

SKY:

“I’m not splitting up, without you two.”

CASEY:

“ I want to find out what that was”

LAYLA:

“Let’s have a look.”

SKY:

“ AHHHHHHHH!”

CASEY:

“WHAT I S THAT?”

LAYLA:

“ RUN!”
(Running a w a y )

Alex: (Lewis sees a figure b e h i n d him and starts to turn around in shock.)

(Heavy breathing)

LEWIS:

“AHHHHHHHHHH”

(Lewis gets killed b y the monster)

SKY:

“What are we g o in g to do!?”

(Everyone looks shocked)

CASEY:

“Leave him, he has no chance.”

LAYLA:

“We never speak of this ever again.”
