HUMAN RESOURCE PLAN

In a small organization, a human resources generalist may handle all aspects of human resources work,
and thus require an extensive range of knowledge. The responsibilities of human resources generalists
can vary widely, depending on their employer’s needs.

HUMAN RESOURCE OBJECTIVES:

 The main objective of art of event is to increase the return in term of employee
productivity
 To identify practices that will help them meet those needs
 To decrease the employee turnover
 Decreasing the training cost for the company

 To train employees in ethics


 To train employees in public dealing
 Decreasing the absenteeism
 Retain employees
 Improve the performance of the employees

HR PLANNING

As this is a newly established business ,so HR planning would include recruitment of whole new staff. An
overall rough estimate about personnel has been established which is as follows

Acquire:
In the step of acquiring we select the employees through advertisement on local channel for
better selection. We also use the references from our relatives to hire the employees who are
capable and specialize in their field.

Recruitment Plan
Through the recruitment plan we will hire the right person for right job. The recruitment
process will also help us to select the talented employees who can perform the required task.

Resources of recruitment:

There are two resources of recruitment

1) Internal resources
2) External resources

INTERNAL RESOURCES:

We are newly introducing the business so there is no internal resource behind it. So for the hiring
purpose we will use outside resources.
EXTERNAL RESOURCES:

Following are the external resources of recruitment

Through news advertisement

Through relatives

Selection process:

We select the employees through the following process:

Initial screening:

In the first step we will collect the personal information of the employees and match with the
requirements. In that step more eligible person will be screen.

Employment Tests:

In that step we will develop the certain criteria for the employees test. We will give them
required task according to their job and will find the result. The test will also include how they
work, handle the situation and satisfy the customers.

Interview:

After the employment test we will interview the suitable candidates. In the interview we will
ask them the question related to their job. We will checks stress level, confidence and
experience in their own field.
Background Investigation:

Through background investigation we access the personal information of employees. So for


that purpose we will use the following methods:

Internal Investigation
External Investigation
 Contacting other job related and personal references
 Verify educational accomplishment
 Checking credit references and criminal records
 By using third party investigators to do the background check

Medical/Physical examination:

This step is needed as per the nature of the job and will be used only to determine whether individual
can comply with the essential functions of the job or not.

Final Job Offer:

In that step we will finalize our capable employees who are the right people for right job. Those
employees will be select who fulfill the above mentioned requirements.
DEPLOY:

In deploy we select the right person for the right job and place at the right time according to their
capability and capacity.

Retain:

The successful business highly depend upon how longer their employees will be retained in the
business. So you have to identify the ways through which your employees can highly satisfy
with their job from you as well. To retain the qualified employees you should give them some
financial and non financial rewards as well. For retain employees should be appreciated,
motivated and recognized by management to perform the job with great concern and interest and show
loyalty for the organization.

Reward strategy:

Reward strategy is used to support and organize the employees with the required behavior.
Every organization uses two ways to compensate or reward their employees.

1) Financial rewards
2) Non- financial rewards
Financial rewards:

Financial rewards will be in term of following:

 Salary
 Bonuses
 Commission
 Medical allowance

Salary:
The salary will be given to the employees according to the nature of the job, skills and
experience as well.

Bonuses:
The bonuses will pay to the employees when they show good performance. The bonuses
will pay to the employees annually.
The bonuses will pay 10% of the salary
Commission:
The commission will be paid to the employees when the sale of the of food increase.

We also pay medical allowance to their employee according


to their jobs
