Good morning. My name´s Hector Moreno.

I am an indoor volleyball
referee and I am study food processing. I think I that my schedule it’s
really hard. I press the snooze button five times every morning
before I turn off the alarm and I get up at five o´clock and make some
coffee and prepare my son´s breakfast. At five-thirty, I take a shower
and get ready for work. I usually have breakfast and leave home at six
o´clock because I must start my work at seven.

I usually take my motorcycle to go to leave my son at school. But If I

am in a hurry, I prefer to pay a taxi and send my son alone in it, but if I
have time, I drop my son off at the school.

I get at Sena at 6:30am and prepare all my staff for start the day. On
Mondays and Fridays, I study during the day and learn a lot thing in
relation with food processing.

During the week, after I have finished work, I go home to cook

dinner. In my house I usually make dinner. The family eats dinner
together at 7:30pm, and I help my mom wash the dishes.
After dinner I make sure that my boy do their homework, and then
I chill out on the sofa and watch the News. I go to bed and I tell to
my boy go to the bathroom too. Then I get into my pajamas and set
the alarm so I wake up in the morning.

On Saturday morning I work like a referee in different tournaments that

there are in the city, On Sunday morning we go to church with my
family and I usually do the washing on Sunday afternoon and when
the machine is finished I hang the clothes out to dry.
