AFFIDAVIT

I, FELY I. IGNACIO, Filipino, of legal age, with residence address at New

Buswang, Kalibo, Aklan, after having been duly sworn in accordance with law, hereby

depose and say that:

1. That I am the stallholder of Stall No. 33 at the Kalibo Public Market;

2. That I have decided to cease the operation of my business;

3. That due to the foregoing, I am vacating and returning the said stall to the Local

Government Unit of Kalibo;

4. As such, I am executing this affidavit to attest to the truth of the foregoing, and for

purposes of appropriate action by the Local Government Unit of Kalibo, Aklan.
