Shelter animals are the forgotten dogs and cats of America. With

about 800,000 homeless dogs and cats being killed annually. It doesn’t

appear that a dog is a man’s best friend. Do you treat your best friend like

that? Best Friends Animal Society is working together with smaller, local

non-profits with the same goal, to help end kill shelters. To find out how you

can help, visit bestfriends-dot-org. To find out how you can volunteer

locally, visit bestfriends-dot-org, then

network partner near you.”
