SUMMARY/LEARNINGS
The first I learned on City library is how to make an NBI clearance and I though to
make an NBI but it was easy after that we list our clients on landbook for our
documentation and I learned how to make a passport they teach us to create a an E-mail
and how to process an PRC for examinee and I learned how to Print an document such as
payment processing and many more. We make an clippings on news paper we covered
books and we cut an Important on newspaper because incase if their someone who will
need to find this issue we can find and show to them or for our clients

INTRODUCTION
The work immersion is a part of the Senior High School Curriculum of
the Department of Education (DepEd) in which the students will experience the actual job and
work guidelines that is stimulated in every companies. As a Senior High School student, I
am grateful that I was able to undergo work immersion in a company whose work
requirements are related to my course (Information Communication Technology). On
my first day of work immersion, I am very happy and excited to undergo on work
immersion and I felt nervous but I overcome because my batchmate are friendly and I
enjoy to work their
January 21 2019, it was the date when our work immersion started at
Computer World located at San Carlos City, Pangasinan. On our first day, While we were
working, Mr. Alfonso explained to us the office rules and regulations and he emphasized that we
should not be late in arriving at their office and also their Head technician.
OBJECTIVES
With the passage of the Enhanced Basic Education Act of 2013 of Republic Act 10533, the
DepEd was tasked to implement the K to 12 Program. By adding two years of specialization within
the Basic Educational System, DepEd designed the implementation of RA 10533 within the
framework of increased community involvement in the learner’s experience. Through community
involvement, the DepEd offers venues for various stakeholders to participate in the implementation
of RA 10533. The Work Immersion Program is a part of Senior High School curriculum consisting of
80 hours of hands-on experience or work simulation which the Grades 11 and 12 students will
undergo. This document describes the Work Immersion Program and how students, schools and
stakeholders may benefit from their participation.

knowledge, and skills.
2) Secure a responsible career opportunity to fully utilize my training and skills, while making a
significant contribution to the success of the company.
3) Seeking an entry-level position to begin my career in a high-level professional environment.
4) To secure employment with a reputable company, where I can utilize my skills and business
studies background to the maximum.
5) A highly organized and hard-working individual looking for a responsible position to gain
practical experience.
6) To make use of my interpersonal skills to achieve goals of a company that focuses on
customer satisfaction and customer experience.
COMPANY PROFILE
San Carlos City Library
(San Carlos City (Pangasinan)
The said public library was founded on April 16, 1948 and is presently located at Palaris street, San
Carlos City (Pangasinan) situated within the city hall building. San Carlos was converted in to a city
under Republic Act No. 4487 and formally became a chartered city on January,1966. The city library
occupies the second floor of the annex building on the right wing of the old renovated municipal hall
or the Bulwagan San Carlos. It has a floor area of 120 sq. Meters providing two rooms where Foreign
and Filipiniana collections were shelved.
The total collections are over ten thousand with 6,000 volumes of Filipiniana and over four thousand
foreign publications. The library resources consisted mostly of books taken from the National Library
of the Philippines, from donations abroad and private citizens. The local Government Unit has
provided Physical facilities like computers, typewriter, electric fans, air condition units, telephone,
and other Audio visual aids received from donations of Association of San Carlenan abroad. The
books being al located by our central office (NLP) are general references like encyclopedias,
dictionaries, almanacs, atlas, and other references on Philippine history, culture, science and
technology. Subscription to national and local Newspapers and other serials have been observed.
Local history materials have been constantly developed and maintained. The library opens from
Monday to Friday and with a minimum of 40 working hours a week. The library clients include college
students, professionals, children and seldom high school students.
The Library staffs consist of one professional librarian, two computer operators and the others are
library assistants. They received their salaries and other benefits from the annual budget of the city
library.
I think that maintaining the library is worth my time and effort because library plays an important role
in our community especially in the intellectual and educational development of our people.
