Proposal for Organizational Analysis

We are required to done organizational analysis on Institute Of Management Sciences. This


task is the part of our major project under the course Training and Development. This project is
under the coordination of Sir Farhan Mir

Project based on Need Assessment that refers to the process used to determine
whether training is necessary. It involves

 Organizational Analysis
 Personal Analysis
 Task Analysis

Our group will be focusing on Organizational Analysis.

Organizational Analysis:
Organizational analysis involves determining the appropriateness of training given the
company’s business strategy, its resources available for training and support by managers
and peers for training activities.

Process of Organizational Analysis:


For this we have to identify the key contents regarding to this institute that includes:

 Strategic Direction
 Training Resources
 Support Structure

Questions should be asked relevant to these contents and we need to collect data for further
processing.

Method for Analysis:


We will conduct “Interview and Documentation” for organizational analysis.

Respondents:
Our respondents will be Head of department and Faculty members.
