Cole Custer, age 21, won the 32nd Annual ToyotaCare 250 at Richmond Raceway, his fourth career Xfinity Series victory. It was Custer's second win and sixth top-10 finish of 2019, as well as his first victory in six starts at Richmond. Austin Cindric finished second, posting his second top-10 finish in three races at Richmond, while Justin Allgaier came in third for his seventh top-10 result in 17 races at the track.
