V1+s/es is used with HE, SHE, IT.

PAST CONTINUOUS TENSE:

1. Subject + was / were + v1 + ing + etc.

2. Subject + was /were + not + v1 + ing +etc.

3. Was /were + subject + v1 + ing +etc ?

4. Wh? + was/were + subject + v1 + ing + etc.
