WEBDESK FOR INTERLINKING APARTMENT SOCIETY ABSTRACT

ABSTRACT

The project entitled “WEBDESK FOR INTERLINKING APARTMENT SOCIETY” is a


web based application software designed especially for apartment living people and also for
the apartment owners or the administrators to facilitate their problems and solutions with
more features and awareness oriented software.

The proposed system has been designed with two major sections such as Apartment Society
Section and the Owner/Tenant Section. The Apartment Administrator has been initially
allowed for registration and after registration process, the flat wise details and the service
person details will be added. The Flat details includes the flat member details, designation
such as Doctor, Teacher, Bank Manager and other details.

The tenant / owner have various facilities with easy access to the portal. The Tenant/Owner
has been allowed to register their details and post any complaints inside the apartment like
Electricity, Wifi problem, Water Leakage Problem and Neighbour Problem. The tenant can
search for service persons such as Plumper, Order Foods, Drivers, Things shifting, electrician
etc. The tenant can also add their designation such as Business, Tuition, Doctors, and
insurance Agents which will be helpful to integrate the other apartment people to connect
with their works. The Tenant can also post their goods for sale which is especially display to
the registered apartment people. The tenant can also bid the products and purchase the
auction products. The tenant can also search for own or rental flats which is inside the
registered apartments.

The apartment administrator can view the complaints posted by the concern apartment
people, track complaints and fix the solution to the complaint. The administrator can also
have the facility to view Datewise Complaint Details, Datewise Bidding Products, Registered
Apartment Admin Details and Service Person List – Category Wise.

The present system has been designed and developed by using [Link] 2010 as front end
tool and SQL Server as back end tool.
