Observing Paramecium at 40X Magnification

This document provides instructions for a laboratory practice involving the examination of cheek cells, Paramecium, and hair strands under microscopes at different magnifications. Students are asked to observe each specimen at 10X and 40X magnification and draw their observations. They are then asked follow up questions about the functions of microscope parts and how hair strands could be used in forensic cases.
