INFORMATION

The undersigned, assistant city prosecutor, upon sworn complaint


originally filed by the offended party accuses, BATO DE GUZMAN of the
crime of rape, defined and penalized under ARTICLE 335 of the Revised
Penal Code, committed as follows:

That on or about the 12th day of Decmber, 2018, in


the municipality of Calumpit, province of Bulacan,
Philippines, within the jurisdiction of this Court, the
said accused entered the house of Maria Maganda
who was then and there alone, and by means of
force and intimidation, willfully, unlawfully, and
feloniously did lie, and succeeded in having carnal
knowledge.

CONTRARY TO LAW.
