Greenhouse Effect Experiment Results

The student conducted an experiment to demonstrate the greenhouse effect. They placed CO2 in sealed refrigerators and measured the temperature over 3 days. They found that the refrigerator containing CO2 had a higher temperature, supporting the hypothesis that greenhouse gases increase temperature. The greenhouse effect occurs when gases like CO2 trap heat in the atmosphere that would otherwise escape to space, warming the planet in a similar way to how a greenhouse works.

Introduction:

In our experiment we proved that the greenhouse gases increase the temperature in the
[Link] is greenhouse efect?. he greenhouse effect is a natural process that warms
the Earth’s surface. When the Sun’s energy reaches the Earth’s atmosphere, some
of it is reflected back to space and the rest is absorbed and re-radiated by
greenhouse gases. What are the kind of greenhouse gases? Greenhouse gases
include water vapour, carbon dioxide, methane, nitrous oxide, ozone and some
artificial chemicals such as chlorofluorocarbons
Methods:
so what we do is that in 2 icopor refrigerates we put co2 and we close very good and during
3 days we measured the [Link] we do a little howl in the two boxs and whit
querful put the gases in the boxand clouse whit a tape

Materials

• 3 meters of aluminum
• 2 balloons
• Gases of greenhouse
• 2 icopor refrigerators
• 2 bars of silicon
• 2 meters of tape

(the hicopor refrigerator measure of width is 21 cm and of length 17 cm)

What is greenhouse effect and why the temperature increases?

The phenomenon is called greenhouse effect by which certain gases, which are
components of the planetary atmosphere, retain part of the energy that the soil emits
by having been heated by solar radiation. It affects all planetary bodies endowed
with atmosphere. According to the majority of the scientific community, the
greenhouse effect is being accentuated on Earth by the emission of certain gases,
such as carbon dioxide and methane, due to human [Link] phenomenon
prevents the solar energy constantly received by the Earth from returning
immediately to space, producing on an international scale an effect similar to that
observed in a greenhouse.
We observed that with greenhouse effect increased the amount of
temperature in the box

Conclutions

According to the amount of temperature in the box of Co2 I proved that my

hypothesis is correct
Hypothesis
My hipothesis is that if I put co2 gases in the box the temperature is going to
increase
