3:15 - 3:40 pm Reading of Patient’s Chart

3:40 - 4:00 pm Preparation of Patients Medications and NGT Feeding, Positioning of the
Patients

4:00 - 4:30 pm Checking of Vital Signs, NGT Feeding, Giving of Patients due Meds.

4:30 - 5:30 pm Charting of TPR and Patient Medications


Continue Bedside Care

5:30 - 6:00 pm Sample FDAR and NCP, Preparation of Patients Medications

6:00 - 6:15 pm Giving of Patients due Meds.

6:15 - 7:00 pm BREAK (Dinner)

7:00 - 7:30 pm Written Quiz
