Good day!

This pertains to the conduct of the LTOPF Caravan at the LGU


Gym,_____________ on November 7, 2018 at 8:00 in the morning wherein personnel
from ____________ who are in-charge of the processing of the LTOPF will be coming
over to facilitate said activity.

It is in this regard the undersigned would like to request from your good office
allocation for 2 lunch and 4 snacks for 40 persons which will be given to the visitors
coming from Police Regional Office 02.

Knowing your support in endeavors promoting the welfare of those in the


organization, we trust on your favorable consideration hereon. Thank you and more
