Ground Anchor Installation and Design Changes

This document summarizes proposed design changes and cost adjustments for several construction items: 1) Ground anchors - the length needs to be reduced in some areas and additional anchors added due to testing results. This results in a cost decrease. 2) Capping beam - the design was revised to ensure the structure stays within boundaries, resulting in cost adjustments. 3) Tie-beam - similarly, the design was altered to keep within boundaries and additional beams were added, balancing out to a small overall cost decrease. The total value of adjustments for all changed items is summarized at the end.
